Today the Choctaw Indian Pony which accompanied the Choctaw people on the "TRAIL OF TEARS" are listed as critical in their numbers.These ponys are part of a special breeding program to preserve the genetic line of these wonderful horses. Meet-- GRAY CHIEF, NINEK, DANCING CREEK, SPOTTED BIRD AND SHUMAKA. They were two months old at the time of these photos.
